•    Waters that are closed to sport fishing: (a) the areas of water within 300 feet of a fish wire or fish ladder are banned to sport fishing, unless a greater or lesser distance is announced by department markers. (b) It is against the law to cast, place, drift by any means a bait, hook, lure, or fly into waters closed to sport fishing.
•    Possession and/or the marking of live fish or eggs
•    The Sale of sport fishing catches is unlawful: No one may buy, barter, or sell sport-caught fish or their parts.
•    Molestation of fish: Molesting and/or impeding the spawning or the natural movement of fish which are contrary to lawful methods and means of sport fishing is prohibited.
